Albany police say yaakov weiss is accused of having inappropriate sexual contact with a 13-yr-old boy...and police say this is the second teenager that the 28-yr-old weiss is alleged to have had contact with. The new charges stem from an alleged incident that took place in june....and police say they were the result of the initial investigation that led to his first arrest last monday. Weiss issued a statement late tuesday afternoon...calling the charges 100% untrue and a complete and utter fabrication. He says this has all been generated by someone "antagonistic" towards chabad of colonie from its inception. He says he's confident he will prove his case and come out with his chin up.
