	Case of Rabbi Yaakov Weiss Awareness Center October 10, 2008 http://www.theawarenesscenter.org/Weiss_Yaakov.html Arrested and charged with two counts of third-degree sex abuse and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child. Hr id scheduled to appear in court on Oct. 7, 2008. Detectives are continuing to investigate to determine if there are any other victims. Rabbi Yaakov Weiss is the son-in-law of Sholom M. Rubashkin. Weiss moved from Postville, IA to the Albany area in 2004.
