Father Peter Carr, 73, rubbed stage-paint on the pupils' naked bodies before school plays between 1969 and 1975. But two victims now in their 40s - one a solicitor, the other a singer - then swapped online memories of his intimate make-up applications. They complained to police, who found other girls were also indecently assaulted as they joined in productions of Sinbad the Sailor and Tom Thumb at his boys' school in the Forest of Dean, Glos. Fr Carr, of Battersea, South London, was told at Gloucester crown court he had "damaged" the church and "degraded" the girls. A Sexual Offences Order was imposed.
