	More Indictments in FLDS Probe Child Rape, Bigamy Charges By Jim Forsyth WOAI September 23, 2008 http://radio.woai.com/script2/print.php?page=/cc-common/news/sections/newsarticle.html&article_id=4288866&feed_id=119078 Three more members of the Fundamentalist Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints were indicted today on charges of sexual assault of a child, 1200 WOAI news reports. They are facing the child rape charge, and two of the men face an additional charge of bigamy. Both counts are first degree felonies, carrying punishment of up to 99 years in prison. The names of the men were not immediately released, because they have yet to be arrested. This brings to eleven felony sexual assault of a child indictments brought by the Schleicher County grand jury in three separate sessions. State officials raided the FLDS compound near Eldorado in April, beginning the investigation.
