	5th Suit Alleges Sex Abuse by Former Sallies Priest By Mellany Armstrong WDEL September 10, 2008 http://www.wdel.com/story.php?id=410383375862 [with audio] Another former Salesianum student has filed a sex abuse suit against a former teacher. It's the fifth suit to be filed since early August against the Rev. Dennis Killion. In the new suit, James Marsili says he was sexually abused and harassed by Killion in the mid-80s. Lawyer Bart Dalton says he believes there will be more victims.Audio Here Audio Dalton says the Oblates of St. Francis De Sales knew about the abuse and did nothing to stop it. A call to the Oblates asking for response to the suit has not yet been returned.
