Krzysztof, 43, whose last name was withheld in accordance with Polish law, was reported to police in September 2006. Another person was given six months and a fine for trying to convince the victim to withdraw the charges. Czestochowa, in southern Poland, is famous for a monastery that houses a Black Madonna painting and is a destination for thousands of pilgrims each year.
