	Another Priest Sex Abuse Suit Filed By Frank Gerace WDEL September 6, 2008 http://www.wdel.com/story.php?id=39072075858 Another child sex abuse lawsuit's been filed against the Catholic Diocese of Wilmington and a former priest who passed away in 1994. Raymond Donahue's suit, the third alleging abuse by Father Leonard Mackiewicz, claims Mackiewicz raped Donahue several times at Mackiewicz' mother's Sussex County home in 1967, when Donahue was a 12-year-old altar boy. The suit also accuses the Diocese of transferring Mackiewicz to other parishes whenever abuse charges surfaced.
