	Orlandi Case: De Pedis Corpse to Be Removed from Church AGI News June 27, 2008 http://www.agi.it/italy/news/200806271618-cro-ren0063-art.html (AGI) - Rome, 27 June - The grave of Enrico De Pedis will not be inside Sant'Apollinare's church anymore, it was announced by the family's lawyer. De Pedis, who was one of the main members of the 'Magliana gang', was apparently involved in the disappearance of Emanuela Orlandi in 1983, and was then killed in 1990. In a statement made on the Italian TV channel La7 news, the lawyer Lorenzo Radogna explained that "the corpse of Enrico De Pedis will be cremated and removed from the grave in the Sant'Apollinare's church", but he did not provide any further information regarding the future place of the ashes. "This is the family's wish, wanting to put an end to this story after so many years", said Radogna. Only yesterday, the De Pedis family confirmed their agreement to the opening of the grave and the corpse inspection.
