	Orlandi: Kidnapped Because Father Saw Documents AGI June 24, 2008 http://www.agi.it/italy/news/200806241736-cro-ren0090-art.html Rome - Emanuela Orlandi was reportedly kidnapped because her father Ercole, a clerk in the Prefecture of the Vatican reportedly was in possession of documents that he should not have seen. This was declared to investigators by Sabrina Minardi, ex girlfriend of the Magliana gang boss Enrico De Pedis known as Renatino. The witness in the investigation of the kidnapping of the girl reported secrets that her boyfriend at the time supposedly told her while he was under the effects of cocaine. De Pedis told her on more than one occasion that it was about a power struggle.
