	Crawford County Minister Pleads Guilty to Explicit Chats with 'Teen' Pittsburgh Tribune-Review June 4, 2008 http://www.pittsburghlive.com/x/pittsburghtrib/news/cityregion/s_570927.html A minister who pastored two United Methodist churches in Crawford County has pleaded guilty to charges he had sexual contact with an undercover agent posing as a minor girl over the Internet. The Rev. Steven McGuigan will be sentenced Sept. 12 and faces a maximum of 28 years in prison. Authorities say McGuigan was involved in explicit sex chatting with an undercover agent posing as a 13-year-old girl and that he displayed part of his naked body on a webcam. McGuigan was suspended as pastor of two Conneautville-area churches when the charges were filed in March.
