	Aussie Bishop not Welcome Catholic in Orange May 23, 2008 http://catholic-orangemen.blogspot.com/2008/05/ive-been-only-slightly-following-news.html I've been only slightly following the news of a retired auxiliary Bishop from Australia who wrote a book on his opinions and experience of the sex scandals in the Church. I just read in "Whispers" that Bishop Brown added his voice to those of other bishops in whose jurisdictions this Australian bishop plans to visit on his book tour. Why am I not surprised that a group like Voice of the (un)Faithful is also involved in this story? I doubt this bishop is going to be any different from the kind of speakers who come every year into our diocese as part of the Los Angeles Religious Education Congress, which in my opinion is not worth going to. I certainly won't be going to see this Aussie either. But I don't see anyone disinviting the LA Congress...
