L'ACCUSA - Secondo l'ipotesi accusatoria, Maggiolini nel novembre del 2004 avrebbe convocato in Curia don Stefanoni per riferirgli dell'esistenza dell'indagine penale nei suoi confronti per violenza sessuale. Dell'iscrizione sul registro degli indagati, che non si sa a quando risale, si e appreso a margine del processo a carico di don Stefanoni. Proprio lunedi il pm Vittoria Isella ha chiesto nei confronti del sacerdote una condanna a otto anni di reclusione. Il prete e accusato di violenza sessuale nei confronti di un ex parrocchiano, all'epoca dei fatti minorenne, affetto da un lieve ritardo mentale, che lo denuncio nel 2004.
