In an interview, Cardinal Tarcisio Bertone, said Benedict will deliver a message of "trust and hope" when he meets American clergy at St. Patrick's Cathedral in New York. Nearly 14,000 molestation claims have been filed against Catholic clergy since 1950 a substantial chunk of them in recent years.
