Rodis pleads for mercy for her husband, who will be sentenced in Richmond today for fraud and money laundering. "Rodney is a very good parent to his children. He adores them. The girls miss him and need him so much. We all want to be together as a family again," she wrote in the Jan. 18 letter to the court. She does not mention that until last year, her devoted husband, Rodney L. Rodis, was a Catholic priest.
