Respinto il ricorso presentato dal prete papà per ottenere la sua riammissione nella parrocchia di Monterosso la Congregazione per il Clero ha confermato le decisioni assunte dal vescovo Antonio Mattiazzo. Ma per il prete papà tutto era già previsto. Il vero fulmine a ciel sereno è la richiesta di conversione avanzata dal clero. Entro dieci giorni don Sante per restare all'interno della chiesa cattolica deve convertirsi, il che significa in parole povere continuare a mantenere (economicamente parlando) suo figlio ma smettere di vedere la sua amata, Tamara Vecil. Pena la riduzione allo stato laicale. Insomma se don Sante deciderà di non dare l'addio alla sua amata dovrà riunciare al "don" con tutto quello che ne consegue. Non solo. Proprio in questi giorni fonti certe hanno confermato che alcune religiose avrebbero fatto pressioni perché Tamara Vecil si decida a lasciare don Sante Sguotti . "Convertirmi? Giusto nei prossimi dieci giorni casca il mercoledì delle ceneri - ha spiegato con la solita ironia don Sante - andrò a riceverle da don Giovanni Brusegan, se don Giovanni sarà così bravo da farmi convertire dirò addio alla mia famiglia altrimenti continuerò per la mia strada". Ma un'altra scadenza rischia di togliere il sonno al prete ribelle di Monterosso. Entro 30 giorni egli deve decidere se presentare appello al Supremo Tribunale della Segnazione Apostolica per portare avanti il suo ricorso contro le decisioni prese dal vescovo Antonio Mattiazzo. "Era chiaro che il mio ricorso sarebbe stato respinto - ha spiegato don Sante - ma questo almeno ha costretto la Chiesa a leggere tutti i miei interventi, guardare le mie apparizioni in tv e per me questa è una soddisfazione. Inoltre la stessa Congregazione del Clero ha confermato che il vescovo ha avuto con me un atteggiamento di estrema severità". La sentenza, arrivata in tempi sorprendentemente rapidi, solo dopo la confessione fatta da don Sante al talk show di "Buona Domenica", sarebbe per il prete papà la dimostrazione che quando si è aperto il procedimento Antonio Mattiazzo non aveva nessuna prova concreta contro di lui. Intanto è il comune di Santa Giustina in Colle ci ha ripensato e ha negato al prete la disponibilità ad una sala per il dibattito. [translation] In ten days....... In ten more days and for the Rev. Not only that. Just in these days reliable sources confirmed that some women faithful pressured Tamara Vecil to leave Rev. Sante Sguotti. "Converting? Just in the next ten days will occur Ash Wednesday - he explained with his usual irony - I'll go and receive the ashes from the Rev. Giovanni Brusegan, if he'll be able to convert me I'll say good-by to my family otherwise I'll continue along my path". But another expiring date could keep the rebel priest of Monterosso sleepless. Within 30 days he must decide if he wants to present an appea against the decisions taken by bishop Antonio Mattiazzo at the Supreme Tribunal of the Apostolic Signature. Besides the same Congregation for the Clergy confirmed the bishop behaved very harshly with me". The sentence, issued within a very surprising short period, only after the Rev. Sante's confession during the "Buona Domenica" TV talk show, according to the "priest father" showed that when the procedure against him was opened bishop Antonio Mattiazzo had no concrete evidence against him. Meanwhile the town of Santa Giustina in Colle changed its decision and denied the priest the possibility to have a debate in the town hall.
