Rita Milla, now 46, was awarded the payment Tuesday at the office of her attorney Gloria Allred in Los Angeles. Milla's case against the archdiocese was first filed in 1984. A state court found in 2003 that Roman Catholic priest Valentine Tugade fathered Milla's daughter.
