	Audio: Cardinal Rigali Reaches out to Priest Sex-Abuse Victims Philadelphia Inquirer October 26, 2007 http://www.philly.com/inquirer/online_extras/cardinal_rigali_radio_message.html The Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Philadelphia says it has taken steps to improve its outreach to victims of clergy sex-abuse and to prevent future abuse. It recently mailed a three-page brochure, "Enhanced Efforts to Assist Victims of Clergy Sexual Abuse," to every registered Catholic household in the five counties it serves, inviting victims who have not yet come forward to do so. The brochure lists some of the financial assistance it offers victims, notes the training it has given to seminarians, priests and bishops, and reports on efforts to encourage victims to come forward.
