The 39-year-old priest allegedly repeatedly abused the boy between 2003 and 2006, according to justice authorities in the southern city. He had been found guilty of abusing two youths eight years ago, but was allowed to resume his duties as a priest by the diocese of Regensburg after he underwent therapy. The diocese on Friday said it was "shocked" to hear of the allegations and apologized to those concerned. The spokeswoman for the German Bishops' Conference, Martina Hoehns, said the case would be reported to the Vatican.
