Rudy Giuliani plans to keep a priest, suspended by the church in a child sex scandal, on his payroll, his spokeswoman said yesterday.

The Republican presidential candidate's show of loyalty to his childhood friend came in the face of a call from the Survivors Network of Those Abused by Priests for Giuliani to fire Msgr. Alan Placa from his security consulting business.
Placa has denied allegations in a 2003 Suffolk County grand jury report that detailed abuses by priests in the Diocese of Rockville Centre, L.I.
