A Raymond pastor is facing child molestation charges for allegedly having sexual relations with a teenage relative. Pastor Samuel L. Demby is charged with 2 counts of sexual battery and 2 counts of gratification of lust, according to the Hinds County Sheriff's Office.

The 50 year-old minister was arrested May 24th. He's out on a $50,000 bond. In response, Demby told WLBT news, that is the "worst lie that's ever been told."
A family member tells WLBT News he promised the teenager gifts and shopping trips in exchange for silence.
