	Ex-Priest Pleads Guilty to Sexual Assaults Winnipeg Sun [Canada] May 8, 2007 http://www.winnipegsun.com/News/Canada/2007/05/08/4162275-sun.html Kenora — A former Anglican minister and convicted sex offender has pleaded guilty to 20 charges of sexual offences involving First Nation boys in northern Ontario. Ralph Rowe, 67, pleaded guilty yesterday in Superior Court of Justice to 10 counts of sexual assault and 10 counts of indecent assault for offences that took place in several remote communities between 1977 and 1987. Rowe's guilty pleas were to one count for each of the 20 victims, Crown attorney Peter Keen told the court. Justice Erwin Stach adjourned the proceedings until Tuesday morning when victim impact statements from many of the 20 victims will be read in court. Several of the victims and their families travelled to Kenora for the proceedings this week.
