	Toronto Priest Facing Child Porn Charges London Free Press [Canada] March 21, 2007 http://lfpress.ca/newsstand/News/National/2007/03/21/3796584-sun.html Toronto — A lawyer for a Toronto priest accused of possessing child pornography says his client will plead not guilty to the charges. Graham Zoppi said yesterday the case against his client, 65-year-old Frederick Dunleavy of Brockville, isn't quite as it has been made out to be in media reports. "I anticipate he'll be much less vilified than the public originally was expecting," Zoppi said. "The man's life has been turned upside down by these charges." Toronto police say they seized videos and photographs from Dunleavy's residence last month that contained images of children between the ages of five and 17. He was subsequently charged with possession of child pornography. Dunleavy is not in police custody and is expected back in court April 19. He is an archbishop at the Ontario Old Roman Catholic Church in Toronto.
