Winfield -- An interim pastor pleaded no contest Monday to a charge of sexual abuse in Putnam Circuit Court. Paul E. Casto, 62, of Hometown was accused of on engaging in sexually explicit acts with a minor and filming those acts. He was arrested last February on the charges. He pleaded no contest to one count of first degree sexual abuse. He set to be sentenced on April 5.
