	Deltona Priest Complaint News 13 [Florida] January 16, 2007 http://www.cfnews13.com/News/Local/2007/1/16/deltona_priest_complaint.html We are learning that the State Attorney's Office is investigating a claim of sexual assault against a Volusia County priest and a priest-in-training. Our partners at the Daytona Beach News-Journal report 44-year-old Reverend Carlos Bedoya and 24-year-old David Estrada are under investigation. After a 35-year-old man says Estrada performed a sex act on him while Bedoya restrained him. The alleged victim reported this to Sheriff's deputies in October. Bedoya has been a priest at St. Clare Catholic Church in Deltona since 2005 but he has not served a mass since late last year. Bedoya has also been a priest in Orlando, Melbourne and Apopka.
