A Virginia priest is wanted by Virginia State Police for embezzling money from the Catholic Diocese of Richmond.

A grand jury indicted Rodney Lee Rodis today with illegally taking money over a span of five years. According to the Catholic Virginian Newspaper, Rodis retired as pastor of St. Jude Parish and Immaculate Conception Parish in Louisa County for medical reasons in May.

Police say there is also evidence the 50-year-old was living a bit of a double life. However, they would not provide details. The Catholic Diocese of Richmond serves most of the Commonwealth. An attorney for the diocese says he will not comment until Rodis is arrested.
