	Norwich Diocese Agrees to $1.1M Settlement in Molestation Case WTNH November 29, 2006 http://www.wtnh.com/Global/story.asp?S=5747277&nav=3YeX (Norwich-AP, Nov. 29, 2006 7:35 PM) _ The Diocese of Norwich agrees to pay one-point-one-million dollars to settle a sexual abuse claim. Lawyers for the alleged victim, Michael Long of Waterford, say he was 15 years old when he was molested nearly thirty years ago by the Reverend Bruno Primavera. Primavera was associate pastor of Saint Mary's Star of the Church Sea in New London at the time of the alleged abuse in 1978. Long's lawyer says that as a condition of the settlement, Long's mother will receive a written apology from the Most Reverend Michael Cote, the bishop of Norwich.
