Local and federal law enforcement authorities believe he is somewhere in his native Mexico. Sheriff's Det. Greg Miller said Monday that efforts to locate and arrest Ochoa are ongoing, but there is no new definitive information on his location, and attempts to secure permission from the Mexican government for the priest's extradition have been going slowly.
