Starmann, Rev. Joseph, William on Wed., Dec. 14, 2011. A much beloved pastor, chaplain and teacher, gone to his Reward. Brother of Cecelia (Jerrold) Deuser. Richard (late Shirley) Starmann, Rosemary (James) Reddy, Karen (Frank) Amato and the late JoAnne Starmann. Well done, my good and faithful servant. Services: A Memorial Mass will be celebrated on Sat., Dec. 17 at 12 p.m. at St. Martin de Porres (615 Dunn Rd., Hazelwood) with visitation and reception following Service. Interment private. A Memorial Mass will be held in Jefferson City at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations to a appreciated.
