Fernando 1985 P Arrested Diocesan Removed 1997 for sexual misconduct with young woman (not a minor) in Arlington diocese. Cristancho arranged in vitro fertilization of woman in Colombia using his sperm. Triplets born in 11/01 (2 boys, 1 girl). Baltimore archdiocese learned about the children and fired Cristancho from parish in 7/02. Privileges removed 2004. In 2006 DSS found sexual abuse of both boys, including oral sex. Mother reported possible 3rd victim. Maryland Appeals court gave custody to mother in 10/08. Cristancho denied abuse. Arrested in 9/17, charged with making and possessing child pornography.
