Reply from Bishop John T. Steinbock to Scott Hicks, Arranging an Interview

This letter answers a letter written by Scott Hicks on July 3, 1997. The answer was posted by the Orange County Weekly to accompany Gustavo Arellano's article "Nailed? Bishop Tod Brown and His Undisclosed Molestation Accusation," OC Weekly, April 24, 2007. The name of the person making the allegation against Brown was initially redacted from this and other letters. Then Brown's accuser went public (see O.C. Bishop's Accuser Identifies Himself, by Christine Hanley, Los Angeles Times, September 15, 2007).
