4	John Doe 84		1968-69	Loyola Academy	Schlax Letter 11-29-69	Civil Complaint 08-21-03 Amended Civil Complaint 04-26-04	McGuire was convicted 02-23-06 of molesting John Doe 84 at the Fontana WI home of Victor Bender's uncle. See article. McGuire is accused in a civil complaint of sexually abusing John Doe 84 repeatedly while Doe lived with McGuire at Loyola Academy, beginning when the boy was 13 years old.
	Individual G		late 1970s	Big Bear Lake CA			McGuire's long-term assistant, "Individual D," states that Individual G, stayed in McGuire's room overnight during a retreat. McGuire told Individual D that he used pornography for "educational purposes" to "teach [Individual G]." See Sapper Affidavit, para. 57.
5	John Doe 117 aka Victim B		1988-94	Phoenix and Chicago	10-12-07	Civil Complaint 10-23-07 Federal Indictment 11-01-07	Accused of sexually abusing John Doe 117 in 1988-94 beginning at age 9 at the boy's home in Phoenix, when McGuire attempted to penetrate the boy's anus during confession in the boy's home. Abuse continued during McGuire's visits to Arizona and at Canisius House (see below) when the family visited McGuire in Evanston. McGuire used pornography in the abuse, touched the boy sexually, and had the boy massage McGuire's genitals. See father's letter, 10/23/07 complaint, Sapper Affidavit, para. 36-42, and article. John Doe 117 is the older brother of John Doe 118 (see below).
6			-1993		05-11-93		See law firm's description of the allegations that McGuire showed a 16-year-old boy pornography, spent the night with the boy, and had the boy massage him. The victim's father informed the Jesuits.
7	Victim C		06-98 to 08-99		Parents' Letter 10-25-00	Federal Indictment 11-01-07	At age 17, Victim C worked as McGuire's assistant 1998-99 between high school and college. McGuire used confession and pornography to groom Victim C and had him massage McGuire's buttocks and testicles. When Victim C complained to his parents, who complained to the Jesuits, McGuire lied the Jesuits and then monitored Victim C's calls to his parents. See Sapper Affidavit, para. para. 43-53.
8			08-99 to 2000		09-25-00		Father states in letter that McGuire slept in the same bed with Victim 8, who was 19 years old when he began a 1999-2000 stint as McGuire's assistant, and that McGuire alienated the boy from his parents and friends. Jesuits refused to respond to parents repeated inquiries and stonewalled them until Bishop Boland intervened.
9	John Doe 116 aka Victim A		Summer 1999-2003	Canisius House in IL, 11 other states, 6 foreign countries.	12-06	Civil Complaint 08-21-07 Federal Indictment 11-01-07	Civil and federal criminal suits have been filed accusing McGuire of sexually abusing John Doe 116 repeatedly for 4 years, beginning when the victim was age 13. Abuse included digital penetration of the victim's anus, oral sex preformed on the victim,and sexual touching. McGuire abused the boy at Canisius House and in trips out of state and overseas. 10	John Doe 118		Fall 2001	Phoenix	10-12-07	Civil Complaint 10-23-07	McGuire is accused in a civil complaint of recruiting John Doe 118 to be his altar boy during McGuire's visits to Arizona and sexually abusing him. Confession and pronography were used to groom the boy. McGuire touched the boy sexually and had him massage McGuire's genitals. The boy was abused on the weekend that John Doe 117 was married with McGuire officiating; the boys' parents held a fundraiser for McGuire on the same weekendYounger brother of John Doe 117.
