HARRISBURG — The independent audit firm Gavin Associates has found the Diocese of Harrisburg to be in full compliance with national youth protection standards.
This is the third year the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops has mandated an audit to determine the compliance of each diocese with the articles of the national Charter for the Protection of Children and Young People, adopted by the bishops in June 2002.
