LANSING, Mich. (AP) - - (02/03/06)-- The state appeals court has rejected a man's lawsuit over claims that his son was abused by a priest in the 1970s.
The suit was filed against the Archdiocese of Detroit. It was an attempt to get around Michigan's statutes of limitation on sexual abuse.
