Three more men claim they were abused by a former band director at a Roman Catholic high school during the 1960s.
A law firm representing the men said they electronically filed lawsuits against the Diocese of Pueblo on Friday. The filings couldn't be confirmed because the courts were closed for Veterans Day.
Eight suits already have been filed against the diocese and the Marianist religious order by men alleging they were abused by Brother William Mueller at the now-closed Roncalli High School.
