A SERIOUSLY ill ex-Christian Brother, who is charged with indecently assaulting two young boys at a Galway industrial school over 30 years ago, is unlikely to now stand trial.
Galway District Court was previously told that the 66-year-old accused is suffering from congestive heart failure. Judge Mary Fahy yesterday adjourned the matter indefinitely because of the medical condition of the accused.
