A priest from Scranton is charged with having child pornography on a computer at a church rectory.
Police in Monroe County accuse Virgil Tetherow, 40, of downloading the child pornography at St. Ann's Rectory in Tobyhanna.
Police started investigating in January. They arrested Tetherow Thursday morning.
