TUCSON (AZ)
KOLD
TUCSON, Ariz. To payoff sexual abuse claims, the Roman Catholic Diocese of Tucson is expected to sell 85 properties.
Most are expected to be sold through a public auction.
The chief executive officer of Tucson Realty and Trust says they've been retained by the diocese to sell the properties.
The exact parcels and details are still be worked out and must be ultimately decided by a judge overseeing the diocese's Chapter Eleven bankruptcy case.
The land sale is expected to be in late May or early June, possibly in a live, public auction.
