A Tri-state support group is accusing a local suspended priest of violating child protective orders and violating his suspension.

The Survivors Network of those Abused by Priests (SNAP) has sent a letter to Archbishop Daniel Pilarczyk to say they're concerned about a child currently living with a suspended priest.

The group says a woman and her foster son are living with Thomas Brunner, the suspended priest.

Children are not allowed to stay overnight in a priest's residence, but SNAP says this child is living with Brunner and asks Archbishop Pilarczyk what he will do about it.
